Charles Randall Pardee Sr.

Born on June 4, 1931 in Columbia, South Carolina, he was the son of Francis Roscoe Pardee and Maude Lever Pardee. He was the owner and operator of Pardee’s Refrigeration for 35 years. Charles grew up and lived in the Eau Claire area where he was a voluntary fireman and member of the EC Exchange Club. He loved to spend time in the mountains or beach, but most of all, he loved spending time with Bootsie, his family, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margarette H. “Bootsie” Pardee; parents, Francis Roscoe Pardee and Maude Lever Pardee; and son-in-law, Danny Brewer.

Surviving are his sons, Randy Pardee (Susan) and Rusty Pardee (Donna); daughter, Hope Brewer; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

The family wishes to thank Abbey Road Hospice for caring for Charles these last few months. Thanks to Sarah Sanders and Liz Williams for their love and care.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel. The family will receive family and friends from 2 until 3:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
