Trevor Thomas Evans

Trevor is survived by his beautiful son, Isyc Evans; father Gary (Stacia) Evans, Inverness; mother, Karen (Billy) Azbell, Tennessee; brothers, Vaughan (Donna) Evans Inverness, William Evans ( Adam) Tennessee. Also grieving are his two nephews, Lucas Evans and Logan Evans, whom Trevor loved very much. Numerous “buddies” who he spent great times with and special friend Sarah .

Trevor was an animal lover never without a cat or a dog, he loved fishing with his brother Vaughan during the lobster season before his illness.However Trevor's pride and joy was his son Isyc, who he loved to take fishing and biking and watch playing hockey. He had a huge heart and will be missed dearly by his family and close friends.

Trevor fought a long brave battle with cancer and he held hope to the very end.

Cremation has taken place. A small private memorial will be held at a later date.

Donations may be made to the Central Inverness Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton and/or Canadian Cancer Society of Nova Scotia in Trevors name.

Special Thanks to the team of doctors and nurses at Cape Breton Regional and Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospitals who provided excellent service throughout his battle. Special thank you to Dr. Mark Bennett and Palliative Care Director Lori Ann as well as RN Ashley Maclennan.
