Terry was almost a family member when we were kids. Terry's mom may have even thought my brother lived at their house and probably could have claimed him as a dependent. Terry was my brother's best friend and a friend to me as well. I moved away from Indy quite a while ago but have never forgotten the times and events we shared in our youth and those people  that were truly my friends like Terry, Mackie, and Terry's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Nichols. Words cannot express my thoughts and feelings just now. I think we sometimes take each other's presence for granted, but shouldn't. Rest in peace, Terry.

I lived next door to Terry on Ewing street grew up with him childhood memories rest in peace my friend.

Terry, you will always be missed. You did everything for your family. You treated me as your brother and loved me. I will always take care of your sister and look after your mom and dad. You lived a good life and lived it your way. I will always remember you in your happy moments but never forget the little things that upset you, like when we went to a concert and the singer left his band behind. We still have the sauce plate from dinner.  You will always be loved and missed.

Macie and Terry are friends of mine. I worked with Macie and met Terry and John Aaron through her. After John Aaron got older, I could never tell him or Terry apart on the phone. My prayers are going out to Macie, John Aaron, Terry's parents and sister, and Shirley for God to help them through this.

I grew up with Terry, from the time we started school, until we graduated. We spent alot of time together, playing, laughing, learning about women (HA)getting into trouble and back out of it. We would go fishing, hang out sometimes fight each other but we always new we had each others backs when it was time for friends. I will miss Terry but never forget him, for he was a good friend, although we didn't keep up much in the later years, we would still call once in a while to stay in touch I also have alot of respect for Terry's mother and father and Sister Denese. Bless you Mackie for being there for Terry for all these years. I hope for peace for us all as Terry journeys on.
