Phyllis E. Rice 58 of Indianapolis passed away on January 21, 2011. Services will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2011, 12 Noon, at Devine Direction Christian Church, 1733 East 46th Street. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10 A.M. until the time of service. Burial in New Crown Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home.
