Mrs. Annie L. Turner, 77, of Indianapolis, transitioned from labor to reward on October 8, 2017. She was a member of Transforming Life Church. She retired as a Correctional Officer from the Indiana Department of Corrections. Mrs. Turner was preceded in death by her parents, Willie & Josephine; husband, William.Left to cherish her memory and celebrate her life include, children: Juliet Lankford (Arbie), Julia Marshall, Kim Sorrell (Pastor Christopher), Vivian Davis, Cynthia Newman (Eric), Leticia Turner, Lisa Jones, Leticia Turner, William L. Turner, Jr., Leland Turner, Antoine Tuner and Armon Turner, Sr. (Laura); siblings: Pastor Claude Edwards, Sr. (Juanita), Eugene Edwards (Laura), Mother Idella Ragsdale, Dessie Lee, Dorothy Morris, Bobbie Howard (Reuben Sr.), Alice Armah and Joyce Garland; 31 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren and other relatives and friends. The visitation is Saturday, October 14, 2017, 10am - 12pm, with the Homegoing at 12pm at New Life Worship Center, Central Campus. The interment is in Crown Hill Cemetery.
