Joanna Lee Proctor, age 62, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022. Joanna was born July 2, 1959 in Fairfield, California to the late Roger Lee Waugh and Rosalee Joanna (Coffman) Waugh at Travis Air Force Base. Joanna enjoyed bowling and years of competitive dart playing. More recently, she loved to grow things and her pets. She gained an interest in stones, gems and minerals, expanding her knowledge in that field well beyond the average. Joanna is survived by her husband, Jack Proctor; her children, Jonathan Edward Waugh and Janna Deann Proctor; and her grandchildren, Liam, Elizabeth, Chyann, Jaylon, Jacob, Makaila, and Brayden. Joanna was preceded in death by her parents.
