Clarence Carter, age 89, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Saturday December 7, 2019. Clarence was born January 22, 1930.
Funeral Service for Clarence will be held, 12:00 pm, Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 East 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, with visitation from 11:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm, all taken place at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, 700 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.
