Cathleen Rene Alva

Cathleen Rene Alva, age 57, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021. Cathleen was born May 10, 1964 in Jefferson, Kentucky to Wilford and Bettye Woods Foy. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and was active in their religious education program. Cathleen is survived by her husband Richard Alva, daughters Angelina Bautista, Alisa Thomas, Ali Alva, Ariana Alva, son Giovani Alva, sister Cindy Miller, grandchildren Alejandro Alva, Sofia Alva, Brianna Lopez, Byron Montalvo, Anamaria Lopez, Isaiah Thomas, Marisa Thomas and Asher Thomas. Cathleen will be remembered for her love of her family and her devotion to her faith. Visitation will be Wednesday July 21 from 6 - 8 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday July 22 at 10 am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Burial will follow at North Hardin Memorial Gardens in Radcliff, Kentucky.
