Anthony attended IPS Elementary School. He graduated from Arsenal Technical High School and he also graduated from ITT Technical School.
He was united in Holy matrimony to Mary L. Dickerson, September 19, 1987.
Anthony's early career included, L. S. Ayres Advertising Department. He also worked for Wish TV channel 8 in their production department. Anthony also had successful Sales careers with various Metal companies in Indianapolis and Ohio.
In 2008, Anthony pursued his dream of starting his own business, "Images by Anthony Photography Service". His goal was to take photos and create memories for tomorrow.
Anthony was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, W. Mae Stevenson.
Anthony leaves to cherish his memory with his wife, Mary, his son, Anthony Stevenson II, Betty Walker, Fred (Peggy), James (Diane), Paul, Johnny (Ruby), Roger, Serita Moore (Robert), Stephanie Coleman, (Arlandis) and a host of family, friends and loved ones.
