Kenneth Wayne Lewis

Born in Barnstable, MA to Antone Cardoza and Gladys Lewis.

He graduated from Barnstable High School in 1989. He worked locally as a chef in many restaurants in Hyannis.

He loved sports, was a baseball card collector, semi pro bowler.

He is predeceased by his grandparents, John and Edna Lewis as well as his father, Antone Lopez Cardoza. He is survived by his mother, Gladys Ann Lewis, his sister, Ida Perry and husband Robin of Osterville, his brother, Raymond and wife, Jana of NJ, former wife and caregiver, Marcia and his daughter, Sophia Ann Lewis of Centerville. He is also survived by his nephews: Isaac Perry of Boston, Robert Perry and wife Jennifer of New Bedford, Freeman Perry of New Bedford, David Perry of Sandwich, and Anthony and John Cardoza of NJ, as well as his great nephews and nieces: Anthony Andrade, Jovanni Perry, Keiran Kidd, Laniyah Perry and Elliana Perry.

Services will be held at the First Baptist Church in Hyannis on Saturday April 10, 2021 at 12:00pm. Burial will be at 2:30pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to college savings for Sophia.
