My last visit with Aunt Jeannie in February 2022❤️

From my earliest memories,  Aunt Jeannie has been bigger than life, lighting up the room with her effervescence.
Every visit was highly anticipated, knowing there would be laughter, love and lots of fun!
My Mother, Laura,  and Jeannie were dear friends as well as sisters-in-law, committed to their children spending time together.  As a result, we enjoy  a special bond as cousins and second cousins.
Her brother, Milton,  my father, loved her  dearly.  We all enjoyed hearing about their adventures of  growing up in Brooklyn.
Jeannie was lovingly cared for by her devoted daughter, Vikki, and her family in her last years of life.  Her daughter Joyce and family were also deeply involved their Mother’s life.  
My heartfelt love and prayers go out to my precious family grieving her loss🙏❤️

Vicky and Cedric. You have my deepest sympathy at the loss of Bubbie.  I am glad that I was blessed to know her. She had a very bright spirit, always shining, smiling, and happy. I have fond memories of her knitting a blanket for me while living in California. Although I can’t put my hands on it now, it’s packed away with my things so I will always have memories of her.  You are both in my prayers and I love you both.

My Condolences to the family of Jean M. Rich. Bubbe was genuinely interested in all.  Her smile was so loving and tender which  added so much gladness to living.  Bubbe's heart was filled with compassion, forgiveness and tons of love. Bubbe  had limitless faith in  all.  Bubbie was full of wisdom, strength,  loveliness, insight, and grace. I will always and forever cherish Bubbe's memories. ❤️🙏🏼🌹

Bubbe loved music and going to the  Symphony Orchestra during the holidays was a wonderful experience and tradition! This was so much fun 🎶

Our family had the privilege to meet Jean many years ago! Although it’s been some quiet time since I had seen her, I know that what we shared with her was beautiful. Just like her daughter Victoria! It has been an honor and continues to be an honor to be your granddaughter. To be your granddaughter is a profound and cherished sentiment. It means more than simply sharing a familial bond; it signifies a deep appreciation for the legacy and values passed down through generations. To be the granddaughter of someone as remarkable as my Bubbe and to be a part of her story, to carry forward her wisdom, love, and resilience.

My momma knew how to have fun. This is one of many office parties we dressed up and went to The Westin for food, music, fun. My coworkers loved her and I was always blessed by her presence.

This was my last in person visit with Bubbe, December 2023. Thank God for blessing me with this beautiful soul. Bubbe you were truly our Sunshine! So happy we had so many wonderful memories and years together. I am forever grateful for your unconditional love, support, encouragement. I will continue to be a mensch! Xoxo

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our mother, Jean M. Rich Bubbe), after a beautifully lived life, full of love, laughter, and resilience. She touched the lives of all who knew her. Jean served as a beacon of kindness in her community, known for her infectious smile and generous spirit. Bubbe Jean is survived by her four daughters, Victoria, Joy, Marcia, Iris and son-in-laws or partner, Cedric, Quy, Jerry, Joann, eleven grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren.
