Mason D. Jiosa

Mason Daniel Jiosa, 29, of Huntington, passed away on Thursday October 3, 2024 at his residence. Mason loved to listen to music. He could often be seen walking around town with his headphones on. Mason never knew a stranger. He loved being around children, and was a "Big" kid at heart. Mason would light up a room with his sense of humor and smile. He was an extremely helpful young man, a great brother, and a great hugger. He enjoyed gaming and will be sorely missed. Mason was born on August 2, 1995 a son of Shaun Jiosa and Daniel Elkins. His parents survive. Additional survivors include three brothers: Amari Elkins, Adrian Elkins, and A.J. Elkins all of Gas City; a sister: Aniyah Elkins of Gas City; Grandparents: Mike (Judy) Wade of Huntington and Kay Elkins of Tennessee; an aunt: Kelly Jiosa; cousins: Jazlyn Jiosa and Braeden Reeves; and second cousins: Kendall and Madden Davis of Huntington. He was preceded in death by a grandpa Mike Love A Visitation will be held on Saturday October 12, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, located at 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington IN 46750. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday October 12, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. immediately following the visitation at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel.
