Marilyn Horwitz

Marilyn Horwitz, age 84, of Feasterville Trevose, PA passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021. Marilyn was born June 10, 1937 in Philadelphia and was the daughter of the late Robert Jeffries and Florence Cain Jeffries.

She was a 1955 graduate of Jules E Mastbaum High School in Philadelphia. Marilyn had a 35 year career with Philadelphia Electric Company (PECO). She and her husband, Joseph Horwitz were married in November 1958.

Marilyn was an avid golfer and bowler and thoroughly enjoyed both sports. She loved spending time with her family and especially loved taking family and friends to dinner. Marilyn was extremely generous, very supportive, kind and caring.

She was predeceased by her parents and her husband of 63 years, Joseph Horwitz. Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Jeanette LaCorte, her son, Charles Horwitz, her grandchildren: Don, Mark and Michael Grauel, Michelle Koprivec (Chris), Nicole Savage (Jerry), her great-grandchildren, Dakota and Joey Harwood, Max and Samantha Savage, her sister, Florence Kroliczak, niece, Deborah Kelly, nephew, Richard Kroliczak, great niece, Jennifer Johns (David) and great nephews: Abel, Aaron, and Andrew Johns, great niece, Devon Punchello (Peter), grand nephews, Peter and Luke. She is also survived by many cousins.

Visitation will be held at Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 on Monday, December 20, 2021 from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM. Funeral Service will be at 10:30 AM until 11:00 AM with burial at 11:00 AM in Forest Hills Cemetery.
