Daniel Michael Wright

Daniel M. Wright died suddenly on Saturday, May 13, 2023. He was born in Abington, PA and was a lifelong resident of the Lower Bucks and Eastern Montgomery County area. Danny was the beloved son of Doris J. (Thomas Jr.) McDade of North Wales and Timothy S. (Mary) Wright of Warminster.

Danny was a site foreman for Robison Roofing and was beloved by his coworkers and friends there. He loved riding his motorcycle and found great joy in the open road. He was an excellent cook and was proud of his “Cadillac of crockpots.” He decorated his body with tattoos that were meaningful to him.

Family was very important to Danny, and he enjoyed spending time with them. He particularly loved playing with his nephew, Miles, and he treasured his role as goofy Uncle Danny.

Danny was the devoted brother of Nathan (Lucilly) Wright of Ibagué Columbia and Brian James (Adrienne) Wright of Macungie, PA. He is also survived by his stepsiblings, Thomas McDade III, Scott (Nancy) McDade, Andrea (Stacy) Groth, Luke Holmes and Rachel (Brett) Donmoyer. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Dan will be deeply missed by his family and dear friends. His spirit will live on in the two lives he saved through organ donation.

Relatives and friends are invited to Danny’s Memorial Service and Celebration of Life at 11 AM on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the Bux-Mont Baptist Church at 309 W. County Line Road, Hatboro, PA 19040.
