Rufina was born July 19, 1957 to parents Jose and Maria (Lopez) Hernandez. They preceded her in death.
On July 1, 1992 Rufina married Luis Lopez, he survives. Also surviving are their children; Aurea Chicas, Adriana Ordoñez, Anel Cabezas and Alicia Lopez. Eight grandchildren and five siblings also survive her.
Rufina enjoyed spending time with her family.
A visitation for Rufina will be held Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX. A prayer service will occur Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM. A funeral service will occur Friday, January 7, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX. A graveside service will occur Friday, January 7, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Cemetery, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX.
Serving as pallbearers are Julián I. Ordoñez, Omar O. Chicas, Humberto Góngora and Carlos E. Cabezas.
