Eileen committed herself to raising her daughters and prioritizing them and their needs above her own. She cared deeply for her family and friends and would do anything for them.
Eileen was born in Boston, Massachusetts. She grew up in Worcester, MA with her two younger brothers. Eileen could usually be found either working at or helping herself to goodies at either the family-owned bakery, Lederman's Bakery, or their party goods store, Party Pak. In 1980, Eileen moved to Florida to be closer to her parents, where she continued to work in retail sales. Eileen loved to be around people. She was very friendly and outgoing. Eileen would strike up conversations with strangers in the grocery store, or with anyone that would talk to her. After the passing of her parents, she moved to Spring, Texas where she remained until her passing.
Eileen is lovingly remembered by her daughters: Wendy Schunicht (Geoff), Lisa Lott (Chris), and Stacy Walling (Ron), grandchildren Tiffany, David, Andrea, Adina, and Bari, brothers Allen Lederman (Elizabeth) and Robert Lederman (Susan), her five great-grandchildren, and her many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her generous and caring parents Beryl (Barnett) and Gertrude (Norman) Lederman.
Eileen will be cremated and join her daughters and their families on a cruise sometime in the future and her ashes will be scattered at sea for her to explore and travel to wherever her heart's content is.
Eileen was kind and funny, with a dynamic personality, and will be missed and remembered for the many lives she touched. Eileen, we are sorry that you are gone, but are comforted in knowing that you are happy and are in the loving arms of your parents.
