Andy was such a good friend, a bright light with such a big heart because he loved his girls so much yet still had room for all of his friends. He, his smile, his words were so genuine and sincere. I was so lucky & blessed to have meet him and been counted as a friend for so many years.  I will miss my dear friend very much but am happy to have such good memories that I will cherish forever. I know how deeply you loved your dad.  Losing a father at a young age is incredibly difficult, as dads are often their daughter’s first love.  For you and Yanike, it’s clear he cherished you both immensely.  Keep his memory alive in your hearts and daily walks, and let his jokes and laughter remind you of his incredible love and the wonderful person he was.  My thoughts and prayers are with you both.

I had the pleasure of working with Andy at Exterran and Titan. He was always so kind and generous and I absolutely enjoyed knowing him! I am praying for the family and sending my deepest sympathy.

I met Ursus when he was transferred to Savanna La mar branch of Barclays Bank in 1972 with our last posting at May Pan branch 1978/9.
From that Thursday afternoon we became close friends. It would take pages to write our episodes which would be very revealing. However, I must say when my son Andrew got accepted to Prairie View university in Houston Texas Sus and Jennifer took care of him and ensured that all went well. My mind was at ease knowing that he was in good hands.
I never missed the opportunity to visit him while in Houston and my last such visit was in June this year. As usual he cooked and provided the spirited refreshments. We had a great evening reminiscing on the good days not knowing that it would be the last time I would be seeing  Sus alive. My last telephone conversation with him was in the latter part of November.

Fifty two(52)years seem so short.

My thoughts are with you during this difficult time

Clovis will be remembered for the wonderful memories he made.  Our heartfelt condolences to the family.

Clovis (Ursus) was my work colleague back in the early 1970s when we were both employed to Barclays Bank Jamaica Limited in Montego Bay. We enjoyed a very good relationship and I was privileged to have been asked to emcee his wedding to Jennifer. We maintained telephone contact while he lived in Texas and enjoyed a few hours together in Runaway Bay on one of his trips home a few years ago.
I will remember him as a thoughtful colleague,  personal friend, and family man. My thoughts go out to Jennifer, and to their daughters as they endure this irreparable loss. I also pray that Clovis' soul rests in eternal peace.

It’s still so unbelievable that our good friend, Ursus, who we have known for over 45 years has passed. We worked together in banking for many years, and I just remember his professionalism and the fun that  he had with his peers and clients. Ursus was a very caring person, and we will certainly miss him. We convey our condolence to Jennifer and the rest of the family. Rest in peace ,my friend, until we meet again.

He was an amazing  Godfather, embodying wisdom and kindness, always ready to offer valuable guidance and support. As a mentor, he inspired those around him with his remarkable insight, fostering growth and confidence in everyone he encountered.
