Fred Stanley Hall

Our beloved father Fred Stanley Hall passed away peacefully at Memorial Hospital on February 7th, 2024 at the age of 95. He is survived by his children; Nathan Hall, Eric Hall and his wife Vinesh, and Vanessa Lea and her partner Rich.

Fred was born in Partridge, Kansas on October 18th 1928. He had a passion for big cities, loved traveling, the theatre, flying and the Apollo and Shuttle space programs. He also loved and was a beloved educator with both Denver & Modesto City Schools for 35 years.

He is survived by his wife Valerie whom he met at Fresno State after completing a three-year tour of service with the U.S. Coast Guard. They were married for more than 66 years prior to his passing.

Fred also leaves behind grandchildren Dustin Harakh and his wife Adriana, Jason Harakh and his wife Ashpreet, Jeanette Harakh and her husband Alvin Prasad and great-grandchildren Dominik Harakh, Kamila Harakh, Luka Harakh, Liam Harakh and Mila Harakh.

His funeral will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park, Hughson CA, on February 20th 2024 at 10am after which there will be a graveside service and then a reception. All friends and family are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
