Yolanda was born to Albert and Mary Carrion, October 8, 1949 in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Milby High School in 1968. She worked for several years for the City of Houston Public Works Department.
She is survived by daughters, Reine Trevino-Fort and husband Aaron Fort, Annette Trevino Chapa and husband Peter Chapa. She also leaves to cherish her memory her five grandchildren Priscella Watts and her husband Jeffery, Amanda Springer and her husband Adam, Alyssa and Katie Fort and Dyllan McGregor and his wife Adria. Yolanda also leaves behind her precious great-grandchildren Andi and Blake Watts and Brody McGregor. She has a great amount of love and support from many family including her two sisters Alice Caballero, Silvia Garcia (Omar) and brother Albert Carrion (Karen), as well as many nieces and nephews and family friend Steve Caro. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Mary Carrion.
Services will be held at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, Texas 77023 on Sunday, December 15, 2024. Visitation from 12 – 2 pm and church services are at 2 pm.
