Rapp, JR., Walter S. 93, of Houston, went home to be with the Lord on October 20, 2014. He was a devoted husband to his wife. Irene, a loving father, grandfather and great- grandfather. He served his country in WWII and later worked in the mortgage banking industry in Houston. Walter was kind, generous; always ready to help others. He was faithful in service to the Lord and his church family. He is loved and respected as a role model and friend to a large extended family. After a private burial, a celebration of his life will be held at Living Word Lutheran Church, 3700 S. Mason Road, Katy Texas, Friday, October 24, 2014 at 11AM.
