Preceded in death by her husband, Sonny Wilganowski and son, Bobby Wilganowski.
Victoria is survived by her loving children, Norman, David and his wife, Lorene, Deanie Belunek, Gerald and wife Stephanie, Thomas, Donny and wife Pamela, Vicki Ortiz, Kenny and wife Kathy. Also surviving are numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Brother, Frankie McIntosh.
Visitation with the family was held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Waltrip Funeral Directors, 1415 Campbell Road in Houston, where funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 8, 2017. Interment followed at Rosewood Memorial Park in Humble, Texas.
