Tyler graduated from Taylor High School in Katy, Texas. Tyler was a gifted mechanic who was self-taught. Tyler loved cars, motorsports and traveling. Tyler loved going out to eat and watch movies with his step-mother, Diana and talking about cars and sports with his step-father, Mark. Tyler was best-friends with his dad, adored and was very close to his sister and was his mother’s baby boy. Tyler will be sorely missed, but never forgotten.
Tyler is survived by his parents, Veronica Malhiot and husband Mark, and Ray Richard and wife Diana; sister, Kassidy Richard; step-sister, Heather Malhiot; maternal grandparents, Sherry Robideau and Bob Manuel; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Alexis Richard; uncles, Joseph Richard, Jr., Chris Richard, Bobby Manuel, Jr. and Chris Manuel, paternal great grandmother, Sophia Richard; maternal great grandparents, Earl and Helen Robideau; step-grandfather, George D. Malhiot; along with numerous other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will begin on Thursday, November 10, 2011, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas, 77079. A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, November 11, 2011, at 12:30 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
