THE SUN DID NOT SET ON THE LIFE OF TINA EVETTE GILLIAM on Mach 14, 2022, but rather it shined and danced across the blue sky. The chapter of her earthly life came to a close and her heavenly life began. From the day of her birth on June 4, 1975, to Fred and Ada Harmon in Houston, Texas, Tina was destined to touch and forever alter the lives of everyone she came in contact with.
Tina was a member of New Day Deliverance Church. She attended Aldine High School and graduated in 1995. Tina joined the United States navy in 1996 and served honorably for seven years.
After leaving the military she went on to become a Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) Corrections Officer then she joined the United States Post Office where she took a medical retirement from the post office and Veterans Administration.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Christopher D. Harmon, Sr.
She leaves behind her father, Fred Harmon; beloved mother, Ada Harmon; daughter, Alexus Petty; son, Allen Kinard; grandson, Zane White; granddaughter on the way, Zayla; and a host of relatives and friends.
She also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many more family and friends that dearly loved her.
