Shirley is preceded in death by her father, John Ernest Percival Wills, mother, Olive May Condel Wills, and husband Alan Courtman. She is survived by husband Dominic Janflone of Houston, TX, and daughters, Diane Clifton and husband John of Mayville, WI, Hilary Lay and husband Dale of Denver CO., grandchildren, John Clifton Jr. of Slinger WI, Amy Campos and husband Danny of Slinger WI, Joel Hoecherl and wife Brianna of Franklin, WI, Julie Grobner and husband Chris of New Berlin, WI, Phillip Lay of Austin, TX, Brittany Lay of Denver CO and eleven great-grandchildren.
Her education consisted of Primary School, Business School and St. Johns Ambulance Brigade. Shirley's occupations were homemaker, Territorial Manager for Dubarry Cosmetics (Warner Lambert Pharmaceutical (sp) Presently known as Pfizer).
Shirley's place of worship was The Salvation Army. She was a member of The Women's Club in Greendale, WI and Paws for Caring and League of Mercy in Houston, TX. Her special achievements consisted of a book she wrote called Timbrel's Forward which was translated into four languages. Shirley played the organ at church and taught a deaf student how to play the tambourine in addition to being a gifted oil painter. Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 12, 2012 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven.
