Dr. Sean Evan Neely died on November 17, 2018 in Oklahoma City.
Sean is survived by his parents, Larry and Mary, of Houston, Texas, and his brother Michael.
Sean was born on December 16, 1964 in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Milby High School in 1983, Rice University in 1987, and the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993.
A funeral is scheduled on December 1, 2018 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home Chapel of the Angels. Visitation begins at 10am and service at 11am.
