Sarah Elizabeth Guerrero went to be with her Lord on August 25, 2017. She was born on September 13, 1958 in Houston, Texas to Juan P. and Ernestina Guerrero. Sarah was preceded in death by her parents; paternal grandparents, Juan and Calixtra P. Guerrero; maternal grandparents, Jesse and Christina R. Gonzalez. She is survived by her five loving children, Tina Sosa and husband Juan, Jesse Guerrero, Lucy Zermeno and husband Robert, Rachel Morales, Karen Morales; twelve grandchildren, Dominique Sosa, Elizabeth Sosa, Adriana Zermeno, Aliyauna Guerrero, Leslie Zermeno, Jaylen Guerrero, Zachary Zermeno, Brittany Sosa, Juan Sosa III, Yvonne “JoJo” Sosa, Isaac Sosa, So’cara Guerrero; two great grandchildren, Mariana Sosa, Aiden Sosa; siblings, Manuel Guerrero and wife Yared, Mercy Guerrero, Christina Guerrero, Yolanda Sanchez, Juan Guerrero Jr, Luis Guerrero, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends for visitation Monday, September 4, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a rosary at 6:00 PM in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home; and a funeral service Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home; followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
