Sang Van Nguyen, was born April 14, 1926 in Phu Tho, Vietnam. He was the youngest amongst five siblings. He arrived to the United States with his wife and their five children in April 1975. He is survived by his nephew and niece from New Mexico, a nephew from Colorado, a nephew in Washington State, and a cousin in California. He was a very devout Catholic and was a sponsor to many young men who converted to Catholicism. He is blessed with twenty-one grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was a simple man of few words who loved his family, enjoyed reading and watching old Western Cowboy movies. He was the backbone who held our family together during both difficult and joyous times. We will miss him dearly but we rejoice that he is now home with our Lord and is watching over our family from heaven.
