We mournfully announce the passing of Sam Thi Nguyen at 11:40 am on June 28, 2023 at the age of 76. Her passing was devastating, and the hearts and souls of our family are heavy with her absence.
Sam Thi Nguyen was born on July 25 1946 in SaiGon, Vietnam. She grew up in a big family of 13 children with her parents. As the oldest sister to her many siblings, Sam took on the big role as a mother figure in the household where she learned to love cooking and take care of her family from a young age . The love she had for her brothers and sisters was endless.
Whether living thousands of miles away, or next to her love ones, she has always focused on teaching her family what is best.
Sam is survived by her loving husband Nhut Ngo.
Her 5 children: XuanThu Ngo, ThucNu Ngo, ThuyenQuyen Ngo, ChienQuoc Ngo, and HongPhong Ngo.
Her 2 sons- in- law and her daughter-in-law : Phi Nguyen, Tuan Nguyen, and LeThanh Nguyen.
Her 6 grandchildren: Sophia Nguyen, Eric Nguyen, Alan Nguyen, Steven Ngo, Aiden Ngo and Chloe Ngo.
Her 9 Brothers and Sisters and their spouses.
And her numerous nieces and nephews.
Most fondly remember Sam for her great smiles, her beautiful singing voice, and her delicious cooking. She will always remain in our hearts as a loving mother and grandmother, a caring auntie and sister, and a great friend.
She will be greatly missed by all.
