Ruben Mares Flores

Ruben entered eternal rest peacefully surrounded by love in the presence of his family, in League City, Texas on August 31st 2021. Ruben was born on January 30th 1974 In Mexico City, Mexico to Reynaldo Flores Sr. and Maria Marcos Flores. He worked for National Strand Products Inc in Houston, Texas for 21 years until his passing. Ruben was happily married to Jenieva Ann Padrón-Flores who was his best friend, partner in life and soul mate for 27 years. Ruben was preceded in Death by his mother Maria Marcos Flores. Ruben is survived by his wife Jenieva Ann Padrón-Flores and Children Ruben Mares Flores Jr., Jenie Abagail Flores, and Eva Averi Flores. Father: Reynaldo Flores Sr. Siblings: Juan Flores, Valentin Flores, Perla Flores, Reynaldo Flores Jr., Luis Flores.

Nephews: Christina Herrera, Mariah Flores, Valentin Flores, Luis Chavez, Julian Chavez, Ethan Flores, Leo Chavez, Girbin Flores. Ruben was a fun-loving family man, nurturing father and wonderful husband. He loved taking family vacations and most of all spending time with his loved ones. Family was very important to Ruben as he was always there for his family. He offered wise words of advice and encouragement when needed. He loved a good laugh and making others laugh as well. He truly was a beautiful soul and will be sorely missed by so many. "Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again. Until then you will live in our hearts.”
