Tran Thi Mau Rose of Houston passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 85. She was born in Tam Quan, Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam. She was the fifth of eight children. For independence and a better life for the family, she bravely immigrated to this wonderful country with four young children. A skilled seamstress long before she had a sewing machine, she loved to cook, spend time with the family and friends, work in the garden and play cards. She was one of a kind, brilliant and a very special soul.
Rose is survived by her daughter Morse Thu Puech, daughter Hannah Simpson and her husband Mark Simpson, son Tran Trung Dủng Max, daughter Tran Thi MyDung Lynda and her husband Ken Viet Lieu, grandchildren Michelle Puech and Jackie Puech and great grandson Michael Puech.
We know that she is now in a much better place and is united with her loved ones. We will miss her tremendously and treasure our time with her. Rest in peace mom, bà ngoại, bà cố. We love you.
