Rosalinda Cortez Lopez, 70, passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2017. To her family and friends, she will always be remembered as a youthful, generous, loving woman with a wonderful sense of humor and a feisty spirit that will live in our hearts forever. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eleazar Garcia Lopez, father, Abel Luna Cortez and mother, Gloria Avila Redden. She is survived by her two sons, Richard Llamas, Jr. and Bryan Lee Lopez. Her siblings, brother, Robert Abel Cortez and wife, Linda Cortez, sister, Renee Redden, sister, Gloria Ann Martinez and husband, Mark Martinez along with her many nieces and nephews. Her grandchildren, Crystal Llamas and Allyson Jade Llamas and great-grandchildren, Brandon Olvera and Jaden Mandujano. A visitation will be held at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale St., Houston, Texas 77023 in the Chapel of Angels on Thursday, September 28, 2017 from 5-7pm followed by a Memorial Service on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 1pm.
