Rosalind was born in Lafayette, La on October 4, 1942 to the late Arthur Russell and Rozena Frank. She graduated from Paul Breaux High School in Lafayette, La and continued her studies at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas.
Rosalind married Jimmy Williams on August 31, 1973, they were married for 50 years. Rosalind worked in various roles, including home health and Cameron Iron Works. Her last roles were in transportation for HISD and Sheldon ISD, where she retired from in 2019.
Rosalind enjoyed serving others and entertaining family and friends. Her hobbies included fishing, playing cards, sewing and the game-room. She was very actively involved in organizing events and serving at her local church, ANH.
Rosalind is survived by her husband, 3 sons, 3 daughters, 14 grandchildren, 7 great-grands, 7 sisters, 3 brothers, and a host of special nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Rosalind is preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents (John and Helena Frank), a sister, Esther Mae Russell-Brouchet and brothers, Harold Murray and John Patrick "Sam" Randall.

A visitation for Rosalind will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral services will occur Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM. A burial committal will occur Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Brookside Memorial Park.
