Richard loved and was loyal to his family.
He was a loving VERY hard-working carefree family man. He worked at Hewlett-Packard for 25 years and 29 at Kroger often riding the wrong bus from high school so that he could get dropped off at the apartments to walk across to Kroger. He enjoyed socializing with several strangers who are now friends. He'd ask to see other people's phones so he can brag about how long his flip phone is outlasting. He'd be everyone’s financial adviser and push HIS favorite plant (azaleas) on others. He'd give anyone the shirt off his back. His hobbies included taking pictures and always comparing cameras with his nephew Anthony. He shared the love of dogs with his sister Yvette who both loved Mendolyn’s dog, Daisy. He enjoyed watching the 3 Stooges on the many of his late evenings as he was a night owl. He enjoyed working on cars with his father Richard and eating breakfast with both his parents. All said and done, the love for his daughter is greatest of all. Anything Boo wanted, Boo got.
