I was very saddened when I saw this today.  I worked at Fluor for 14 years and every morning would say good morning to Reyes every morning I saw him.   He would always help me with my moves and we would make little jokes now and then. He was very polite and so kind.  To his family, you are in my thoughts and prayers.  I was released from Fluor on June 19th and saw Mr Salinas when I was packing my boxes. I told him it was nice to work with him and wished him well.   So sorry your time on this earth has ended but greatfull to have known you.  RIP my friend.   

Please accept my condolences for the loss of Reyes. I had the pleasure of knowing him from Fluor. We spoke daily, as I would usually pass him during my daily walks around the Fluor campus. I recall the last time I saw him, he had just returned to work following his throat surgery, and I kept trying to ask him questions about how he was feeling and he just kept smiling and motioning that he wasn’t able to speak, but like a fool I kept talking and talking and asking more questions. I’m glad we were able to share a laugh during that last run-in. Reyes was kind to everyone he encountered and loved by all who knew him. He will truly be missed. Im just at a lost of words..To my dear uncle sitting here thinking of all the good times as kids at grandma's house  you chasing us around because me and anthony or angel and tracy  was caught taking tortillas from grandma while she was cooking or when i was go thru difficult times he would give me good advice you are one of the most sweet caring loving uncle any niece would love miss you so much love you and i will see you one day rest in peace unc

Reyes was a really good friend to me and my son's, I met Reyes aka (Bayou) is what I called him , as I said I met him as a kid I was 10 yrs. Old , he and my father where good friends. 
He was my best man at my wedding,  and like a second Father to me when I lost my Father, He will always be loved in my Heart , a good friend and confidant, he taunt me alot and he will be greatly missed .

My sincere condolences to the Salinas family.  I just received the news today about Reyes, my heart is heavy but I know that he has found his place in heaven with our beloved father.  I had the pleasure of knowing this kind soul throughout  my 12 year career at Fluor.   He always had a smile and great conversation.   I know he will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

I was talking to my cousin Anthony last night. I told him every time I hear Las  Nubes by Little Joe y La Familia it reminds me of my tio Ray. Now more so. I can see him & my Tia mary dancing & hanging out at Miller Out door every time little Joe was at tejano fest.
Sure gonna miss seeing you outside in the back yard bbq-ing & smoking a cigarette😊

While working at Fluor for 10 years, our project made many moves among the buildings.  Reyes was always kind, helpful and efficient with any needs we had.  I never saw him in bad mood.  Many condolences to his family and very close friends.  May the Lord comfort all of you.

I never had a father and Ray was the closest thing that I had to one he was always kind and loving to us and was a wonderful grandfather to my kids  always there when We needed you but the memories just live on forever because We have a part of him that lives within my son an  his boys. We will cherish those memories forever  We love you Ray you will truly be missed ❤️

My deepest heartfelt sympathies to Reyes' family, I am heartbroken over this news. I knew Reyes from working at Fluor. He was one of the kindest and most hard working people I know. He would always go out of his way to do the extra things, and did his job with excellence. He made sure he was aware of the details, and did everything he could to please. We would laugh together too, he had a great sense of humor and loved to banter. He was one of the "bright spots" for us at the office. He was well thought of and respected by everyone, and will be greatly missed. I will keep his family in my prayers.

Reyes was a special guy.  I enjoyed our exchanges in the hall and anytime we saw each other at Fluor we spoke.  He was kind, happy and very helpful.  He will be missed by all who knew him!  Prayers for his family.

My heart is aching with the thought that I will never see "Mr. Salinas" again.  In my 39 years at Fluor, I have never met a more kind-hearted, sweet, selfless, genuine and loving gentleman.  His sense of humor always brought a smile to everyone.  He loved his job and loved people and never failed to brighten one's day.  

My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I will so dearly miss Reyes.  He had this way of touching lives with his smile, personality and gentle spirit.  He went above and beyond for the staff with every request made.  I will miss passing him in the halls at Fluor to say hello and without hesitation receive in return a little smile, "hello" and wave that would always brighten my day.  The Fluor family is strong together and I pray all those that knew Reyes so well will "pay it forward" the blessings that he so graciously taught each of us.  He was the kind of man that shared the love of his duties and truly loved his job.  His impact will forever be remembered and loved.

Mr. Salinas was such a kind man, a very hard worker, and he always went above and beyond to do his job well, and to excel at work. Whenever he was up on our floor, he always stopped by to say "hello" and asked how I was doing, and when I would see him in the halls of Fluor I would do the same. I am saddened that Mr. Salinas is no longer with us.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. May they find peace in knowing that God is with them and Mr. Salinas is in the comfort of His arms. He will truly be missed by so many of us at Fluor.

Reyes was a wonderful, sweet, and very helpful man. I enjoyed seeing him at work and visiting with him. This makes me so sad. Prayers and love to his family. He always went that extra mile and enjoyed what he did. He will be missed terribly.

Reyes was one of the kindest, sweetest and most compassionate individual I had the pleasure of knowing. May GOD give you the peace and comfort that you need during this difficult time. My condolences to you and your entire family.

I am so heart broken that I  will never see Mr. Salinas' warm smile and encounter his genuine spirit here in the halls at Fluor.  However, I know that he is resting  with the Lord.  

He was such a gentle soul.  Everyone loved "Salinas." I simply took an affinity to him because of his kindness.  No matter what assistance you asked of him "Salinas" would work it out.  He was short in stature, but so tall in  character.  

Mrs. Salinas...your family was blessed to have him in your lives.  Hold on to the memories you have as they will heal the pain in your hearts.  I pray that the Lord keeps you and the family in perfect peace.
