Preston David Morgan Jr.

Dave went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on April 7, 2017. He was a resident of Porter, Tx., previously residing in Friendswood, Tx.

Dave was born August 30, 1934 to P.D. and Elizabeth (Betty) Morgan at St Joseph’s Hospital in Houston, Texas. He attended and graduated from St. Thomas High school. After graduation he attended Texas A&M prior to his military enlistment. Dave served proudly for 3 years in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. After military service he studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Houston. In the early years he was the Vice President of IWECO in Houston, President of SWECO in Baytown, Co-Owner of Enpro Systems of Channelview. After retirement he continued staying active working in real estate.

Dave is survived by his loving wife Gloria Edna Morgan of 59 years, daughter Cheryl Morgan Jordan and husband Armon Jordan, son Preston David Morgan III and wife Mindi L Morgan. Grandchildren Joshua Scott Clark Sr and wife Lorrie Clark, Cameron David Morgan and Stephen Ray Skaggs and wife Kendra, Great Grandchildren Joshua Scott Clark Jr, Jason Alexander Clark, Joseph David Clark and August Elijah Skaggs

Dave has never met a stranger and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather who will be greatly missed by all.
