It is with our deepest condolences that we announce the passing of Phoung Kim Ngo. She was born March 31, 1972 and passed away on December 5, 2024 at the age of 52. She was a caring mother that did her best in life.
Phuong Kim Ngo will be celebrated by family and friends and her memory will live on always.
