On July 6, 1949 a baby girl was born to Johnny and Bessie Mae Johnson. They named her Peggy Joyce. Peggy grew up in Houston, Texas and attended Houston Public schools. She worked at several jobs until 1980 when she was hired as housekeeper for Dr. and Mrs. Lee. Peggy worked for the Lee family until her health failed in 2012. She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and two brothers. She is survived by one sister; Johnnie Mae (Frank), one brother; Raymond, a very dear best friend; Kathy, several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
