Pedro (Pete) J. Gonzalez, 50, a resident of Pasadena Texas passed away on January 7, 2018 surrounded by his family and loved ones. Pete was born on August 7, 1967 in Chicago, Illinois to Edilberto Gonzalez and Margarita del Bosque Gonzalez. He is survived by his brother Edilberto (Beto) and sister in law Shou (Sunny) Gonzalez, and sister Maria (Angie) Gonzalez; niece Crystal Velez and nephew-in-law Luis Velez. Grandnephews, Kross and Peter Gonzalez; grandniece, Melody Velez. Pete was married to Valarie Brewer Rueda, they shared four children, Jacob, Joseph, Raymond Rueda, and Kayla Brewer. His brothers-in-law and wives are Randy and Ashley Landgraves, Calvin and Angie Brewer, Billy and Hailie Brewer, and sister-in-law Jackie Garcia and husband Chris Garcia, as well as all of their children. He is preceded in death by both his parents. Pete has many cousins that reside in Mexico as well as several nieces and nephews. Pete worked at Texas ReExcavation as a technician for eight years.
Pete was funny and generous, he had a big heart and would do anything for anyone in need. He was loved by all; his large family and countless friends, and will be greatly missed.
