Paul Wayne McFall, passed away peacefully at home on the 1st of May 2012. He was born on the 31st of October 1925, in Eldorado, Kansas to Earl William and Lorraine Danner McFall, who preceded him in death along with his first wife, Diane, and their beloved son, Roy F. Moore. He is survived by his wife, Ludy; son, Mark Wayne McFall (Pixie), and daughter-in-law Linda Moore; grandchildren, Ryan, David, Collin and James McFall, Laura Moore Isenring (Bernhard), Justin (Dory) and David Moore. He is also survived by five brothers, Robert, Carew, Don, Cres and Malcolm McFall, their wives; and many adored nieces and nephews; and two step-daughters, Leigh Gose (Matt), and Julie Lambert.
After serving in the US Air Force, Paul graduated from Principia College in Elsah, Illinois. He served as Vice-President of Merichem Corp., President of Texas Association of Business, Chairman of the Board of The Branch School, board member at Lakeside Country Club and was a charter member of Seventh Church of Christ, Scientist. Community service was constant in Paul’s life and he served on the Harris County Grand Jury, worked with The Boy Scouts of America and mentored in the Prison Entrepreneurial Program. He loved tennis, golf, traveling, playing bridge, attending the Houston Symphony and family ping pong games.
The memorial service is to be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, the 8th of May, in the Jasek Chapel of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston, where Malcolm McFall is to officiate. Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception in the adjacent Grand Foyer.
