Patricia Ann Santiago, 54, passed away on April 30, 2016 in Houston, Texas. She was born October 4, 1961. Patricia is preceded in death by her grandparents: Elias Diaz Sr., Isabella Diaz; brothers: Leon De La Rosa, Gilbert Diaz. Left to cherish her memory, loving husband: Victor Santiago; mother: Eva De La Rosa; grandchildren: Eric Jr. Ramos, Evan Ramos, Elia Ramos, Anastasia Perez; siblings: Jesse Diaz, Eva Lanora De La Rosa; special friends: Sherrie Ann Longoria, Rudy Acuna. Visitation for family and friends will begin on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary Service at 7pm. Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 beginning at 11am. Interment to follow in Historic Hollywood Cemetery.
