Ouida Kathleen Ellis, 87, passed away October 23, 2010 in Houston, TX. She was born February 25, 1923 by Paul Durand Ellis and W. Ina Mullen in Houston, TX. Ouida was a longtime member of Resurrection Metropolitan Community Church and antique dealer. She loved her puppies Penny and Dolly. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday October 26, 2010 at Heights Funeral Home at 2:00pm with a visitation one hour prior to service at 1:00pm. There will be a reception immediately following the funeral service in the Waltrip Room at Heights Funeral Home.
