Ofelia is preceded in death by her husband of 46 yrs Edward S. Rodriguez. Her parents Refugio and Feliciana Hernandez. Her brothers Mariano Hernandez, Felimon Hernandez, Manual Hernandez, Guillermo Hernandez, Pablo Hernandez and sister Beatriz Lopez.
She is survived by sister Carmen Hernandez. Her daughters Elsa R. Saenz, Belinda R. Martinez and husband Jose J. Jr., Brenda L. Rodriguez and husband Rolando. Her sons Charles E. Rodriguez, Mario A. Rodriguez Sr. and wife Leonor, Michael Rodriguez Sr., Steve Rodriguez and wife Bertha and 12 loving grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren,1 great great grandchild.
Serving as pallbearers are Steve E. Rodriguez,Michael Rodriguez Jr., Robert J. Rodriguez, Jose A. Martinez, Mario A. Rodriguez Jr., Jose E. Martinez, Mark A. Rodriguez.
A visitation for Ofelia will be held Friday, March 11, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral mass will occur Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at Assumption Catholic Church, 901 Roselane, Houston, TX 77037. A burial will occur Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
