Norman Donald Edmiston, went to be with the Lord Saturday, December 17, 2011. He was born in Webberville, Texas in 1923. Norman proudly served his country in the Air Force during World War II and he worked for over thirty years in sales at W.W. Grainger. He was an avid enthusiast of flying and had his own plane.
Norman is preceded in death by his wife of fifty-three years, Verna Jean Edmiston.
He is survived by two daughters, Darcia Mucha and husband Dennis and Janet Giordano and husband Pat; four grandsons, Marcus Mucha and wife Shannon, Ryan Mucha and wife Jill, Gabriel Giordano and Zach Giordano; six great-grandchildren and two brothers, RB Edmiston of Houston and Ben Edmiston of Austin.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 20th from 6 to 8pm at Pat H. Foley & Company. A graveside celebration of life will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, December 21st at Fayetteville City Cemetery, Fayetteville, Texas.
