Norma Roten Hamm, age 98, went to be with her Savior on Tuesday, December 20, 2011. "Dot" was the last of the 100 Charter Member Saints of West University United Methodist Church. She retired from Dr. Windrow's Pediatric office after 15 years of service. She is preceded in death by both of her husbands: E.L. Roten and H.T. Hamm; 4 siblings; son-in-law, Marvin Klaus; and granddaughter, Julie Mayes Faske. Left to cherish "Mimmie's" memories, daughters: Barbara Mayes and husband Buddy; Norma Klaus; grandchildren: Laura Pearson and husband Warren, Kirk Klaus and wife Monica, Linda Woodruff and husband JD, Ronnie Klaus and wife Leslie; great-grandchildren: Daniele White, Katie Klaus, Courtney Klaus, Beau Tevis, Tyler Tevis, Shelli Woodruff, Douglas Woodruff, James Woodruff, Jennifer Woodruff, Jared Klaus, Jacob Klaus, Brian Faske, Russell Faske, Justin Faske, and Molly Pearson; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside Service will be at 11:30 AM December 28, 2011 at Brookside Memorial Park with a visitation beginning at 10: 30 AM at Brookside Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, January 7, 2012 at West United Methodist Church with a Reception to follow at 12:00 PM. In leiu of flowers donations may be made to West University Methodist Church.
