Nguyen Van Phuong

He was married to Lisa Hang Nguyen for 38 years. He was a member of Doan Tong Do Fatima and Doan Lien Minh Thanh Tam. Phuong had a career as a business owner. He had a passion for fishing.

He was survived by Children: Hanh (Jennie) Nguyen, Ha (Tina) Nguyen, and Tommy Nguyen; Grandchildren: Lily Nguyen, Andy Nguyen, Jalen Nguyen, and Alyssa Stoutes; Siblings: Tu Nguyen, Tu Nguyen, Nhan Nguyen, Phuong Thi Nguyen, Dai Nguyen, Luong Nguyen, and Thien Nguyen.

A visitation for Nguyen will be held Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home - Champions, 3410 Cypress Creek Parkway, Houston, TX 77068. A visitation will occur Friday, July 9, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 3410 Cypress Creek Parkway, Houston, TX 77068. A funeral service will occur Saturday, July 10, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Lavang Church, 12320 Old Foltin Road, Houston, TX 77086. A committal service will occur Saturday, July 10, 2021 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
