She was born in Breese, IL on January 6th, 1943. She enjoyed horseback riding, reading and family dinners. Nancy graduated high school in 1961 and went to Fontbonne Catholic College. She worked as an EMT, traveled with life flight and she was a medical assistant instructor.
She was married to Larry Baumann in 1963 for 59 years. They had 3 children Bobbie, Jim, and Michael.
She is preceded in death by her daughter: Bobbie Jean Lackey; parents: Walter and Ruth Ketterer; in laws: Lucilda and Ralph Baumann; brother: Charles Ketterer.
She is survived by her loving husband: Larry Baumann; children: Jim Baumann of Houston, Michael Baumann and wife Colleen Baumann of Houston; grandchildren: Kristine Lackey of Houston, RJ Lackey and wife Bailey Lackey of Mineral Wells, Texas; Rachel Lackey of California , Keith Baumann of Houston; sister: Mary McGhee.
A visitation for Nancy will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079, followed by a funeral service from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Serving as pallbearers are Ryan Clark, Scott Cotton, Travon Black and Tray Black.
