Born September 8, 1976 in Pineville, Louisiana, to Johnny and Cinda Richard. She attended Robert E. Lee High School in Bayown, Texas. Tracy grew up in Baytown, Texas and later moved to San Antonio, Texas. Tracy was baptized at the age of 8 at The Well Church in Houston, Texas and filled with the Holy Spirit at Praise Christian Center World Outreach under the teachings of Apostle Patrick T. Randolph. She fellow-shipped at Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas where she remained until her death. Tracy was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend. She met no stranger and always-welcomed people into her life. She was always willing and ready to help anybody who needed it. Family and friends remember her as a woman of her word, compassionate and loved God. She spent her life writing to God, reading her Bible, and listening to the Word of God. Her new beginning came on September 9, 2015, when she met the Savior face to face. After a beautiful and blessed life, she leaves to cherish her memory, her parents, Johnny and Cinda Richard (of San Antonio, TX); one sister: Natausha (Donald) Slaughter (of Houston, TX); one brother, Jeremy L. Richard (of San Antonio, TX); two nieces: Trenisha Mouton, Tori Slaughter; great-nephew Zakkai Gordwin; five aunts: Alice (Charlie) Brown (of Baytown, TX), Martha Lemelle and Florence Richard (both of Ville Platte, LA), Shirley Richard and Lenora Richard (both of Bayou Chicot, LA); five uncles: Shelton (Gwen) Richard (of Pine Prairie, LA), Lovincent (Deborah) Richard, Alfred Mouton, Jerome (Nedrah) Green and Jake Green (all of Houston, TX), along with a host of cousins and friends. Preceding Tracy in death were her grandparents: Johnny and Martha Richard; grandmother: Edmoner Green and uncle: Felton Richard.
