I, Marion Evonne Anderson, was born in Shreveport, Louisiana to the parentage of Richard Martin and Bertha Etta Cotton. I grew up in the Stoner Hill area, where I attended public school. Being brought up in the church, The word of God was continuously taught to me. I confessed Christ at an early age and continued to serve Him until the day of my transition. As I got older, I married, had two children; whom I left in the care of my Mother, to start a career in the United States Air Force. This is where I met my friends, the Fab4 and with myself, we made the Fab5! After leaving the Military, my children and I moved to Houston, Texas where I attended school. Now, I needed a break and my friends and my sister wanted to go to Bruno's. This is where I met Marvelous Marvin Anderson, as he would say it. We danced! I married again, had two more children, and later went on to have another child. We had a total of seven children together - Darron (Valencia), Paola, Patricia (Marcel), Marron (Tasha), Tavares (Keisha), Jennifer (Damion) and Radonte. What a joy you all have brought to me. I was one of ten siblings, two preceded me in death; Emmitt Cotton and Edith Jackson. Those left to cherish my memories are: seven siblings - Joe Cotton, Patricia Billups, Jennifer Jackson (Leo), Michael Jackson, Kenneth Jackson (Davietta), Roy Jackson (Deborah) and Cheryl Whaley (Doyle); grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. I loved you all, and bye for now. Until we meet again...
