Jimmie Renard Coleman was born August 19, 1955 to the parentage of Jim and Maria Coleman in Houston Texas. He was the second of seven children born to this union. As a young child he found Christ and was baptized at Christ Way Missionary Baptist Church. Jimmie read his Bible daily to keep his walk with his person Savior solid. He received his early education from the North Forest Independent School District. After graduating from Forest Brook High School he joined the United States Army and served his country proudly. Jimmie loved to share his Army experience with anyone that would listen. He was truly a proud service man. Watching the news and keeping up with current events was just one of the things he enjoyed doing with is time. Along with fishing, dancing, listening to oldies and just treasuring family time. God laid Jimmie down gently to rest on July 1, 2018 with his families love surrounding him. He was preceded in death by his Father Jim Coleman; Mother Maria Coleman; Son Daniel Balles, Brothers Michael and Carey Coleman; Sisters Nilda Coleman and Jimmetta Griffith. He leaves to cherish his precious memory a loving wife Esperanza “Hope” Rodriguez; Children: Jimmetta Coleman, April Coleman, Jimmie Coleman Jr., Jessica Balles, Manuel Balles, Gerado Balles, David Balles. Brother Cedric Coleman, Sister Cabrina Coleman; beloved Aunt Nelda Malone Uncle Bradson Lehman. A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. ?
