Where are you now?  You are with your George, Joe Mac, Richard and Gene. Such special things you are doing in heaven, and praying for all of us on earth. We miss your warmth and friendship. Wait for us.

Mary Louise Pritchard Lozoff
When I first saw Mary at a Real Estate Charity event, I thought wow she is really beautiful and had “the look”. I hoped Mary was as nice as she was beautiful. Many times that is not the case. However, I found it really WAS the case with Mary.
Mary told me she was impressed with, and never forgot, the very first thing I said to her, which was “You look like the girl I should have married 30 years ago”.
Mary and I had differences regarding many things. Such as: Mary didn’t like the beach, sun and water. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida which is primarily beach, sun and water. Mary liked Art Galleries and museums; my flat feet didn’t like Art Galleries and museums. So, the “compromise” was that me and my flat feet learned to appreciate Art Galleries & museums and I took the grandkids to the beach, All of this was based on the theory of “Happy Wife, Happy Life.”
But, on the flip side of the coin, Mary and I DID have MANY things in common. We both loved movies based on true stories, we loved to travel; we were both big History Buffs, but the most important thing we had in common was, Mary and I both absolutely loved doing things with our grandchildren. We had a great time with them. Mary loved exposing them to new experiences and explaining things to them. We took them to events like the State Fair, Galveston Beaches, pony rides, art festivals, movies, and Live Theater. They loved sleep-overs with us, Mary reading to them, taking them to the Children’s Museum, playing tennis and basketball, even arranging golf lessons. Our weekends were non-stop with these little ones and Mary enriched them with her significant teaching and counseling skills.

Mary and I concluded that one of the main reasons to have children is
to have grand kids. In Mary’s view, grand kids are absolutely perfect
little people, where loves flows unconditionally to and from them.
At 5 years old, one of our granddaughters said “Pa-Pa, ( con't next entry)

Mary will be missed. So pleasant and always gave me the best advice.  Ron and family, I know this is hard but keep your head up.  My sincerest condolences.  

Dorothy Anderson

I met Mary Lou while attending Tomball High School.  She was a very sweet person and I enjoyed her friendship.  At the time my then girlfriend Suzie Sowers and Mary Lou one of Mary's good friends,  myself and few others would go out together to eat or dance.  We all had a very good time, it was always fun seeing and being with Mary Lou.

Mary was a childhood neighbor growing up in Conroe.  I was so happy when she move in. Our friendship lasted a lifetime. I will miss her so much. We shall all miss this special women. 

I remember you coming in and wanting to move about. I cautioned, you gave me that smile. I also remember the yogurt thing, I was so proud and you were so hungry! I just thought about you today because you asked me for paper and a pen to write a paragraph, but you got tired. I never knew if you actually got to finish because I was off, sure hope you did. Rest in eternal peace. My condolences to your loving, protective  family and friends. 

Mary Lou and I dated in the late 60’s. She was the sweetest I’ve ever known and I loved her very much! This is such a great loss for me and all of Tomball classmates that knew her. May God be with her family to comfort and sustain them. Thank You God for sharing Mary Lou with us!

My fondest memory of Mary Lou (and that is what I grew up calling her) was the Saturday Mary Lou's parents took me, Mary Lou, Nancy Williams and Susan Cowan to Washington on the Brazos.  I still have the picture of we four getting ready to leave Tomball.  And ,of course, Mary Lou is the cutest one...dressed ever so precious.  I have many fond memories of Mary Lou.  The sad part is that we all grew up and went our separate ways...and I lost contact with Mary Lou.  I know Mary Lou is in Heaven with Susan Cowan...and they are waiting for the rest of us to join them.  RIP Mary Lou Pritchard Lozoff...you will be missed by so many!  Sending my love and condolences to the family.
